We have provided you with sample letters (Word Documents) to send to people in the community. To request gifts, community services, that you could make a request to that would help make your EBP better. We have also provided you with some sample thank you and fellow up letters to send out after you have completed your EBP. Just click on the icon below to view them.

Request, Thank You & Fellow Up Letters

To download the letter click on the above icon and click on the All Letters Download.zip file. It will ask you, what would you like to do with this file. Selected the save this file to disk option, and save it to a folder on your Hard Drive. The documents have been placed in a compressed file (Winzip). If you do not have Winzip on your computer you can download it from the programs button above.

If you do not have Microsoft Word click on the programs button above. There you find a link to a software seller that you will be able to purchase them at a reduced price.
